Terms & Conditions – Cyenora

By shopping with Cyenora, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Confirmation 
1.1 Upon placing an order, the Customer will receive a confirmation message or email. 1.2 Once the order is confirmed, processing will begin immediately.
1.3 While every effort is made to maintain accurate stock levels, in case of unavailability, the Customer will be informed promptly.

2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Orders may be cancelled by the Customer only before shipment.
2.2 Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
2.3 For prepaid orders, successful cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 2–3 business days (excluding festive holidays).

3. Replacement Policy
3.1 Cyenora offers a 2-day replacement policy, applicable only under valid circumstances.
3.2 Replacements will be accepted solely in cases of manufacturing defects or order fulfillment errors.
3.3 Eligibility for replacement requires that:
● The product is unused.
● All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
3.4 Customers must raise a replacement request with Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
3.5 Replacements will be dispatched only after the returned product has been picked up, inspected, and verified.
3.6 If a request is raised for a replacement, the delivery agent will bring the replacement product, inspect and verify the returned item, and then provide the replacement to the customer.

4. Refund Policy
4.1 Cyenora follows a Replacement-First Policy. Refunds will be issued only when a replacement is not available.
4.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
4.3 Refund processing may take 2–4 business days, subject to payment provider timelines.
4.4 Refunds are strictly limited to the following circumstances:
● Wrong product delivered.
● Product received in damaged condition.
● Replacement unavailable due to stock unavailability.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
5.1 Product images displayed on the website/app are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colors, designs, or textures may vary slightly due to screen resolution or manufacturing variations.
5.2 Cyenora is not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
5.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Cyenora shall not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact information.
5.4 Size-related concerns are not covered under the replacement/refund policy unless the wrong size was delivered by Cyenora. Customers are advised to check the Size Guide before placing orders.
5.5 Cyenora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
