Replacement & Refund Policy – Cyenora

1. Replacement Policy

1.1 Cyenora offers a 2-day replacement policy, applicable only under valid circumstances.

1.2 Replacements will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects
  
• Incorrect product delivered (order fulfillment error)
  

1.3 Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a replacement, the product must:

• Be unused
  
• Have all original tags and labels intact
  
• Be returned in original packaging
  

1.4 Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery via Customer Support.

1.5 Replacement will be processed only after the returned product is picked up, inspected, and approved.

1.6 In applicable cases, the delivery agent may bring the replacement product at the time of pickup, inspect the returned item, and hand over the replacement instantly.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Cyenora follows a Replacement-First Policy. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

2.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

2.3 Refund processing time is 2–4 business days, depending on the payment provider.

2.4 Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
  
• Product received in damaged condition
  
• Replacement not available due to stock unavailability
